Use 9 x 13 pan - greased
Defrost chicken and brown slightly in frying pan, cover and cook over low heat 25-30 min.Cool, then slice and cut into narrow strips. Arrange half of the chicken in the greased pan and sprinkle with Cumin. Arrange half of the tortilla strips on top of the chicken. Put half of the shredded cheese on top. Mix together chicken soup, drippings from chicken, sour cream, green salsa and chopped chilies.Spread half of the mixture over the tortilla strips. Then repeat the process with the remaining ingredients. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, uncover and bake until cheese is lightly browned. Take out of oven and let stand 10 min. before cutting. Top with fresh Cilantro, if desired.
